As a variation to our popular “normal” interlocking Jelly Bean Mosaic™ products, the Jelly Bean Chess Mosaic™ consists of 5cm x 5cm squares throughout the 30cm x 30cm mosaic.

After installation and grouting, your project will look like an artisan painstakingly placed each pebble inside each square creating a geometric uniformity and a truly stunning effect.

The thickness of each stone (on each mosaic) varies from 10mm to 15mm. Each “jelly bean” pebble is painstakingly placed within the mosaic then bonded to a double nylon scrim matt, creating an easy-to-use tile alternative.

Installation and grouting are as easy as installing tile or other stone products. As an alternative to cutting these mosaics, simply pull the stones from an extra mosaic and place them, as needed, to fill any voids within the installation.
